Singer Rihanna dazzled as she stepped out in this glamorous pink off-the-shoulder number for the premiere of new film Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets in Hollywood this week.
The dress which had big puffy sleeves and a ruffled neckline,had a sash cinching at the waist and then ended with a long flowing train at the back
