According to the APC campaign team,the Nigerian president goodluck Jonathan has called to congratulate his opponent on winning the 2015 presidential elections.

Although Nigeria's electoral commission still has one state result to go,it may well seem inconsequential as congratulatory messages have  since been pouring in for Nigeria's president elect Muhammadu Buhari..

A host of the big names in the music industry have joined forces to launch Tidal, a streaming service being billed as the first artist-owned platform for music and video.
Rihanna, Madonna, Beyonce, Usher, Daft Punk, Arcade Fire, Jack White,Alicia keys,Madonna and Kanye West  have joined a host of other stars as co-owners of the new subscription service which is the brainchild of Jay Z. 

Unlike rivals Spotify, the service will not have a free tier - meaning the musicians stand to make more money from it.

Just few hours to the general elections House of rep candidate Muma Gee escapes Assasination attempt

Actress singer and performer turned politician Muma Gee Eke reportedly escaped an assasination attempt on her in the build up to the 2015 General set to commence tommorrow.

According to a report by Diamond celebrities,Muma who is running on the platform of the Labour party for the Abua/Odua and Ahoada East federal constituency, had escaped assassination attempt  during her campaign to the home town of the incumbent and flag bearer of the Peoples Democratic Party Hon. Betty Okaga-Apiafi, who was alleged to have set up a militant camp in okobo her country home to chase out any opposition party that comes to campaign especially Muma gee who was seen as a strong candidate and loved by her kinsmen.

In a press conference held in Portharcourt, Rivers state capital, Muma Gee told newsmen that Hon. Betty of the P.D.P was behind the assassination attempt on her life because of the massive support she enjoy from the people especially Betty’s kinsmen who had vowed to vote  Betty okaga-apiafi out.

She further accused Betty of buying a brand new blue highlander and payment of a huge sum of money amounting to two million naira to militants to take her life, but God saved her.
