The Actress is a year older today and apart from sharing new photos with fans she also shared a few private battles she has fought like her marriage breaking down,having to have surgeries over the past year..

"If I told you that I think of you everyday would you believe me? Yes You. All of you who have refused to leave my side even as the devil got restless with the storm in life. 
You who have shown how thick blood can be by being truly supportive FAMILY. Be it nuclear or extended.

You who have crushed the fakeness in friendships and stayed with your love for me in the darkest of times as amazing FRIENDS. Wether old or new.

And the adorable you who puts meaning into being a FAN and have tirelessly protected me with prayers and well wishes. Both in our home country and overseas.

Everyday my mind and heart meets deep gratitude over the individual and collective roles God has used you all to play in my life. 
All who know me would find this easy to believe since there is no ceasing of praises to God from my lips for the power of my support system for I have not known life to be as daunting as the last couple of years have shown me. 
The last year in particular has severally presented survival as a questionable option. Giving me struggles that seemed impossible to deal with, fading my strength to keep going by the minute feeding my fears and insecurities with worries that come to steal joy. 

From the shock of a 3 time presense of lumps in the breast to surgeries fighting for my life and the pain of a disolution of a bond I hoped to keep with a life time partner and the re-emergence of singleness. From the tension of awaiting a judges pronouncement to the horror of walking into prison over a cross accidentally aquired and carried for so long. 

Tell me how could I have survived the year without you guys? I think about it every day and everyday my love for God and good hearted men rise but today the 13th of January it hits it's peak and my joy officially knows no bounds as God has kept me alive despite all and led me to witness yet another birthday with the people I love. 


So do please as you read this, see how happy I feel to have you and to be here with you. To have God and to be assured that his blessings are here to stay. To say THANK YOU to all who have in little and big ways given a helping hand to build the wiser, stronger, .

Tonto Dikeh apologises to Mercy Johnson as her Marriage faces crisis..

We guess things in life happen  that really humble us.

When Mercy Johnson got married she had her kids pretty quickly and at some point returned to acting almost immediately. Tonto Dikeh was all up in her face,called her fat and that she must be poor to return to set so early and even called Mercy's kid names.

Fast forward Tonto also gets married,welcomes her son and also adds weight but says she's staying away from acting sets to nurse her son..

But sadly it seems all may not be well with Tonto's marriage as infidelity and Philandering allegedly on her husband Churchill's side is threatening to shake the marriage and uproot it from its very foundation!

First she made changes and dropped his name from her social media handles...

Tonto probably had an Epiphany that well all other married actresses who are keeping it together in their marriages are definitely doing alot of work. Marriage is hard work and no one should ever gloat over anyone's inadequacies.

She took to her page to apologise to her colleague..

@mercyjohsonokojie Ever since I had my baby I have been reminded constantly about an ill statement I made about one of your kids a very long time ago.I want to use this media to say I am so sorry,I sincerely apologize from the bottom of my heart.I had no right to say what I did,I totally disgraced myself with that.

As a mom I do realize a lot of things I take in because of the love of my son and I know you only took my insult because of that same love..

I am sorry MJ,I am sorry to your lil’ girl or boy..

We don’t have to love each other to realize when we are/went wrong

I have/had no excuse for my behaviour and I also apologize to the fans I hurt/Let down with my words that day many years ago ..To Err is human but to forgive is divine!!!

Am not trying to be the better person,You deserve this apology for your Child for the Love I have for God..I found God and everything in my life changed,Let me tell you about him sometime..

RCCG'S General Overseer Pastor Adeboye retires! steps down announces Obayemi as successor

Redeemed Christian Church of GOD RCCG one of the biggest churches in Nigeria has just announced their leader's retirement.

Rev Adeboye who has served as the general overseer for almost 3 decades has stepped aside and named a successor.

Adeboye has named Joshua Obayemi as the New General Overseer of the flock

Obayemi was appointed the new GO at the Annual Ministers Thanksgiving held at Shimawa, in Ogun State recently

Obayemi till his appointment was said to deputy in charge of  Finance..



UPDATE;

RCCG has released a statement to state that even though Adeboye has stepped down as General overseer he only did so for some corporate governance policies in Nigeria and as such he remains General overseer for RCCG Worldwide while Obayemi is the General overseer for RCCG Nigeria.

Serena Williams engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian!

Tennis Pro, Serena Williams has just announced her engagement!

A little bit of a surprise as she had kept her relationship with Reddit Co -founder Alexis Ohanian under wraps until now.

Williams,probably the biggest female tennis pro and all round sports woman, made the big news through a poem on her soon to be husband's site Reddit.

  Posting on a reddit thread for people to share their engagement stories,Serena shared via her verified Reddit account that Ohanian proposed at the place they first met during a surprise trip to Rome.

 

 “I came home A  little late Someone had a bag packed for me And a carriage waited.

Blac Chyna and and Kris Jenner rush to Emergency room as Rob Kardashian faces health scare in Hospital!

 

A Report from TMZ says Blac Chyna and Kris Jenner rushed to an emergency room Last night after Rob Kardashian went into "medical distress. 

Chyna and Kris arrived separately. Kris was with her beau Corey Gamble and rushed into the ER at 9:45 PM near Hidden Hills, where the family lives. 

Sources connected with the family confirm Rob had checked himself in earlier in the evening.

Rob and Chyna have been living separately, which explains why she showed up later.

As TMZ has reported, he's suffered from diabetes. So far we don't know what triggered the ER visit. There is a report out he suffered a mental breakdown but we're told that is not true.  Our sources would only characterize it as a "health problem." 

An update to the story has now been given..

Family sources say Rob checked himself into the hospital because his diabetes flared up. He had been doing ok lately but the stress from his turbulent relationship with Blac Chyna drove him to eat excessively and he gained an alarming amount of weight recently causing him to lose control over his diabetes.

He's still in the hospital as doctors try to stabilize him.

ROb has now left the ER after a 12 hour stay to treat complications of  Diabetes caused by alarming weight gain triggered by emotional stress  from altercation with fiancee Blac Chyna.

Actress Toyin Aimakhu changes her name,now to be known as Toyin Abraham!

Its been an eventful year for the Actress and producer and she's wrapping it up by changing her name!

In a statement released by her PR people which she said she was not changing her name for reasons like marriage or a new relationship but simply a rebranding  decision facilitated by family..

The statement reads...

"Multiple-Award winning actress formerly known as Toyin Aimakhu will be called Toyin ABRAHAM from now onwards. 

The actress said the reason behind her name change, "is a family decision and will like to be officially addressed as Toyin Abraham henceforth." Presently the actress is busy working new projects;
