BBC Sports Personality Of The Year Awards 2012: Glitz,Glam,Photos+Winners List!.

   Its been an incredible summer for British sports.
With the olympics and the paralympics and the BBC sports personality of the year, nominees were majorly Olympians and Paralympians.

 Nominees this year was pushed up to 12 to accommodate the incredible success of British sport in recent years..

With performances from Emeli Sande and a poetic/recitational performance by Idris Elba.

The night also witnessed appearances from several sport stars from Drogba to Fabrice muamba,  David Beckham,Vincent Kompany and loads and loads of British Sports stars..

Andy Murray, Usain Bolt and Sir Chris Hoy weren't Present but did appear through Live video feed.

  • Team of the year: Team GB&Team Paralympics GB
  • Helen Rollason Award (for achievement in the face of diversity) : Martine Wright(
  • Unsung Hero:Sue&Jim Houghton for their contribution to sports in their community/Village Leicestershire)
  • Coach of the year: Dave Brailsford (Team GB Cycling)
  • Overseas sports Personality of the year: Usain Bolt
  • Lifetime Achievement Award: Lord Seb Coe (Presented by David Beckham and the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton)
  • Sports Personality of the year: Bradley Wiggins( also presented by Kate Middleton)
3rd and second places went to Andy Murray and Jessica Enis Respectively

Funny thing is i think everybody including me was starring at kate's tummy the whole time like to see a bump or sumfin..lol..
