Singer Adele gets MBE(Member of the British Empire) honours

The Someone like you singer was bestowed the honors by prince Charles at Buckingham palace recently.

Adele was honoured for her contributions to music which has met backlash online about if she really deserves an MBE for singing! well...

                               

In a statement Adele expressed her joy "It was an honour to be recognised and a very proud moment to be awarded alongside such wonderful and inspirational people. Very posh indeed".

Glutathione in Nigeria; Have you used it?? are you using it?? Share your experiences!

Hmmmm so these days everyone seems to be fair or so it seems I might be wrong..I stumbled on a piece on Gluthathione on another blog which I reblogged on here but since then my  stats have been coming up on searches for gluthatione and where to buy in Nigeria or how to use the pills, I even got mails from people who thought I knew where they could buy.

To the best of my Knowledge Gluthathione was formulated for medical  conditions like Cancer,used in suplemments and sometimes for plants and even wine making.

And soon people realised gluthathione could as well enhance and give you an even fairer skin tone. So gluthatione pills,powders,soaps are  probably lying in people's beauty closets at the minute.

So considering this new interest of people in this and the searches and mails I have received I want to know what people's experiences are,the side effects they have felt and if these products are actually available in Nigeria

Arsenal striker theo Walcott and wife Mel expecting first child.

Theo and wife mel in a statement have announced they are expecting their first child just few months after getting married.

"Me & Mel are happy to confirm we are expecting our first child, which is due early next summer. We are both very excited at such happy news just a few months after getting married. We are really looking forward to becoming parents"

The couple got married in June after dating for over 9 years.Congratulations are in order!

"Let me start by saying, we sometimes avoid those touchy subjects because we wish to avoid “drama” but Cyber Bullying is one concept it seems we are yet to get a full grasp on its consequences. Currently, in America there is a full campaign launched against bullying in general, where different celebs have been actively campaigning to stop bullying. We have seen cases of young ones committing  suicide because they couldn’t handle the bullying. I pray and hope things don’t get this far in my motherland, although I suspect it may have and we just don’t document it as much.

For the sake of time, I will try not to over talk but a lot has to be said to make my point very clear so kindly excuse the long read, (I tend to do that when i am passionate about something). I know a lot keep quiet to avoid backlash but hey, it is what it is.

 To clarify,IBAN(Independent broadcasting association of Nigeria, in partnership with the Broadcasting organisation of Nigeria (BON) and COSON(Copyright society of Nigeria) are at loggerheads resulting in IBAN and BON banning most Nigerian artistes who all belong to COSON.

In a statement-

"The Independent Broadcasting Association of Nigeria (iban), in alignment with Broadcasters Organization of Nigeria (BON) hereby informs the General public that the music of the following Artistes is hereby suspended from airing on our stations with immediate effect.

Troubled Star, Amanda Bynes Discharged From Rehab Into Parents Full Custody.

TV Star ,Amanda Brynes,has had a turbulent year,which saw her sent off to rehab for schizophrenia and bi-polar disorder treatments.

Amanda was put under psychiatric order after some very absurd tweets and then starting a fire in a driveway earlier in the year.

But reports indicate Amanda has been discharged to go be home with her parents from the rehabilitation centre in Malibu where she had been receiving treatment for several months.

Amanda is said to have completed her inpatient rehabilitation and is  feeling much better with every passing day

The former child star is now looking forward to starting a new life,attending university, while also continuing receiving medical care via outpatient treatment.

Amanda is said to be considering fashion colleges and going on to start her own fashion line

Under the terms of her conservatorship, Amanda's Mum Lynn will remain in indefinite control over her daughter's well-being and finances.

Toke is deffo "Talking" I mean talking about someone,and of course talking to someone..

Awwwww is this the end for Toke Makinwa and Maje Ayida;Maje reportedly absent for secret registry wedding..

I love Toke yes I do you ask why I never used to but for someone to be taking such flak and abuse almost from every corner,on every blog,youtube anywhere she turns and still gets up dresses up goes to work,does her job,turns up to events still looking glamorous... I mean Toke is a rock solid babe! Still standing after it all.

So when I read this story about Maje not turning up for a secret wedding I felt sick to my stomach.I mean why would Maje do that?? I can Imagine Toke is just saying oju ma ti ti mi .

According to the story Toke invited few friends, and even some bloggers and then bam the Groom decides not to turn up,Toke heads out to his house and is just there lounging..

If there's any truth to this story I believe we all should stop hiting and blaming toke..where's the blame for Maje? If you're not gonna marry her let her be..When Annie Stuck with tuface despite all today we are praising her for persevering so why are we all taking it out on Toke??

The widow, Mrs. Joy Ifije whom he insulted and told to go and die for flouting sanitation laws while on inspection around the state  was invited to the Edo Government House by the governor and also offered automatic employment by the Governor

Oshiomhole had invited the widow to personally apologise to her over his uncomplimentary remark that had generated controversies in the conventional and social media in the last few weeks.

SAD fast and Furious Star Paul Walker dies in tragic Accident.

Actor Paul Walker was killed after a Porsche Carrera GT he was riding in driven by his friend,former race car driver Roger Rodas crashed into a pole in Santa Clarita, Los Angeles County on Saturday.

Speed is believed to have been a factor in the crash where both occupants were badly burned they will be needing dental records to identify their bodies.

Walker was said to have been at an event for his charity Reach Out Worldwide to benefit victims of Typhoon Haiyan which was taking place in a race car shop near to the crash scene,before deciding to take the car out for a drive

Tributes have been pouring in from friends,fans,colleagues and co stars in the very successful  "Fast &Furious franchise.

Walker was aged 40 and leaves behind a 15 year old daughter .
