She Fell Over!;Kim Kardashian Takes a tumble while filming commercial in Miami(PHOTOS)

She looks confident: Kim Kardashian looked like the picture of poise as she filmed an energy drink commercial in Miami on Tuesday

Kim was on a set to shoot a commercial yesterday and things were going well and then...

Bam! This happened!
Is the bike okay? One of the crew members seemed to have skewed priorities as she lay on the floor

You can get up now: It seemed this assistant was trying to coax her off of the ground

Appearances are deceiving: But it was not long before she took a tumble and landed on her posterior
