Special Adviser to Lagos state governor Deji Tinubu passes on

Sad news coming from the Lagos state Government cabinet today as special adviser on commerce Deji Tinubu has been reported dead!  

The renowned sports enthusiast and Special Adviser to the Lagos State Government on commerce reportedly slumped at a football match organised at the Lagos State retreat in Epe Lagos yesterday.

  He was said to have slumped suddenly while playing football on the pitch in the afternoon, was rushed to the hospital but by evening he was gone!

 Deji Tinubu was very recently redeployed by the Governor Akinwunmi Ambode administration as a Special Adviser on Commerce and Industry from being an S.A Sports, a strong forte of his for several years. 

 Deji was a relative of APC Chieftain and leader Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He was aged 53.
