Well we all cant say for sure but if what this image portrays is true then a waist trainer or clicher probably shouldnt be used for too long..

It may  indeed seem a waist trainer is just to create a shapely middle area creating an illusion of an hourglass shape and not really aiding any weight loss per say..

 So is it really necessary??

 Lifestyle changes,a good nutritious diet, and some time at the gym may just be adequate to keep the weight away I think.. 

So if you are about to use a waist trainer be sure to check with your doctor or general practitioner that it is indeed safe and suitable for you..

My daily style is easy and effortless I don't like to take too much time getting ready. Being a mom, I love to play with my kids and have fun with them, but I also love fashion. My mom and both of my grandmothers have always been into fashion, so it's been around us our whole lives. It's definitely a mix when I have an opportunity to go to an event or go out to dinner with Scott or with friends, it's more fun to play.

Lately it's been denim on denim, like a full-on denim shirt and jeans or jean shorts depending on the weather I have a lot of jean shirts in my closet. That's been my uniform. Today I'm still in workout clothes because I haven't changed out of them yet.

In  a recent chat with PUNCH Moyo opens up on working for her figure she attributes her hourglass figure to the efforts she puts in in the gym,squats and of course the modern day female companion a waist trainer!

Do you see yourself as a fashionable person?

To some extent, I would say I am a fashionable person. However, I like to dress the way I like and I don’t know how fashionable I can be sometimes. That is why I said that I am fashionable to some extent. I like to express myself through the way I dress.

What influences your style?

I dress based on the way I feel at any particular time. My style for the day depends on what side of the bed I woke up from. If I am not feeling too excited, it would show in my dressing, likewise if the reverse is the case.

Why do you love tattoos?

I got my tattoos at a point in my life when I needed to do something that was completely different from what I do. I saw people with tattoos and I used to admired them. One day, I decided to get one. I later got others. That is just me, bringing a bit of wildness to my nature.

What other ‘wild’ fashion statements have you made? ----- Wild?!

I remember there was a time I was doing Universities Matriculation Examination lesson and I wore an Hausa outfit to class. Everybody was looking at me as if I was crazy. I really cannot recall a lot of crazy fashion statements I have made.

What kind of clothes do you feel suit you best?

Everything looks good on me and I can wear anything ranging from corporate clothes, short dresses to dinner wears and bikini. I can wear anything and it would look good on me. I don’t think there is anything I cannot wear.

When Lesbian couple Melanie and Vanessa got married, they both wanted feel what it was like to get pregnant so they took turns to carry babies..

The photo above shows the couple standing on the beach in the first, one wife is pregnant, in the second, the other is bearing a baby bump.

Melanie Roy posted the photos on her Instagram account after she and her wife, Vanessa, took a trip to Miami a few months ago. The first photo was taken in January 2014 and shows a pregnant Vanessa showing off her belly in a bikini. The second photo was taken in January 2015 on the same beach, and this time Melanie is pregnant  and the couple’s son, Jax, is playing at their feet.
