The Actress' marriage has been facing a storm as allegations and counter allegations have been flying around from both parties.
From allegations of adultery,to domestic violence, its been a roller-coaster of revelations from both parties.
According to documents released online today, the actress has now filed a restraining order against him.
Stating that he must not come anywhere within a one-mile radius of the actress and her two children..
The actress has a child with the hotelier and one from a previous marriage..
