Music festivals can be great fun, a fun time with friends enjoying your best bands,groups and music artistes.
What also comes along with all that fun,is a little hassle.
Standing for hours on end,moving from set to set,stage to stage to see all the artistes as they clear out and new ones take the stage.
Your physicality will be challenged hence you need to prepare yourself properly to handle all the hours you're going to be moving around.

Get Your Festival Outfit
Looking the part is one of the first things when looking to attend a music festival.
A good comfortable fit,to dance and have fun is ideal,not dismissing durability and of course your individual style.
Getting your outfits,look sorted is the first step..well after sorting out tickets of course!
Stretch Daily
Stretching to stay loose is something you can include in your daily routine not just for festival fun.
When at raves or music festivals,there's a lot of movement and dancing.
Doing a bit of stretching before all that activity lets blood flow and joints loose,in essence ensuring you don't suddenly tweak anything as the body may not have been used to such intense pressure it's suddenly feeling.
Drink Water
Staying hydrated is one of the most important things you can do. It makes you look and feel great.
Drinking water and getting used to being hydrated will help on the festival day as it could be hot if its during summer.
With lots of water in the system,your energy level stay high,you are covered against dehydration or heat strokes.
More water will also help your general well being.
