Khloe who has expressed her thoughts openly on their reality show so many times about wanting to be a mum is said to be ecstatic and over the moon.
She previously went through fertility treatments with ex Husband Lamar Odom but she is said to have finally conceived naturally with her new man.
So the kardashian/Jenners have three babies on the way! well that could be two if the rumours that Kylie is Kim's surrogate are true.
All the same we are so happy for Khloe,she's wanted this for so long!
