Stephanie Linus To Speak Alongside Ivanka Trump At The 8th Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) in India
Star actress and filmmaker Stephanie Linus will be attending the 8th Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES) in India where she is expected to speak alongside Ms Ivanka Trump, Advisor to the US President; Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other prominent dignitaries.
The Summit which will take place from November 28 to 30 in the city of Hyderabad is jointly organized by the United States and the Republic of India.This year’s Summit will highlight the theme Women First, Prosperity for All and will focus on supporting women entrepreneurs, solving 21st century challenges, and fostering economic growth globally.
GES this year will be attended by more than 1500 global entrepreneurs and investors who will have the chance to interact with India’s most enterprising individuals who have pioneered innovation and generated immense value creation for not just Indian economy but global economy.
These participants hail from 150 countries and territories,Women from 127 countries are participating & more than 10 countries will be represented by an all-female delegation.
Ms Linus was selected as a #GES Speaker for her globally recognized works as an actress and filmmaker, and also for her humanitarian work.

Photos and Video;Ooni of Ife Oba Ogunwusi Visits Birmingham City University UK
His Imperial Majesty, King Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ile-Ife, visited Birmingham City University today (Friday 24 November) as he seeks to strengthen ties between the UK institution and the more than 40 million people he represents in Africa.
He is the 51st Ooni of the Yoruba people – most of whom live in Nigeria – and was selected from 21 contenders to the throne in 2015.
Accompanied with his entourage, the Ooni’s visit provided an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of around 1,000 graduates from the University who live in Nigeria and who hold eminent positions in fields as diverse as banking and finance, higher education and government.
His Imperial Majesty, King Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ile-Ife, said:
“It's an honour to be in front of all of you, and particularly to be here at Birmingham City University.
“Most importantly I want to thank the Vice-Chancellor for taking his time to welcome all of us to this beautiful University. It's a great honour and we will not forget what you have done today.
“We are proud to be associated with this University and to be in the thoughts and feelings of your students who are potential leaders of our great country of Nigeria and the entire black race.”
