It isnt even Khloe's birthday yet, but as the Kardashians are so extra lol..,they organised a surprise birthday earlier than khloe's birthday.
I guess this was done to actually catch her by surprise cos she might have guessed if they waited till her exact birth date.
Mum Kris,sisters Kim,Kylie,Kendall and Kourtney,brother-in-law Kanye West were all there as well as her boyfriend Tristan Thompson and many other celebrity friends.
