There have been reports around the internet that Kim is pregnant with kanye's baby and needed to be attended to by a physician cos she was suffering acute morning sickness like the one "our" Kate suffered.
hmmmm.. No confirmation from the family,Kim or even Kanye yet..
Maybe a 2013 Wedding is in the offing for "Kimye"..who knows.(Well that would be subject to final divorce Proceedings from former husband Kris Humphries)
